We sprayed the dash and under the hood today. We decided to spray the top of the wheel wells with 3m schutz to add a little texture and set it off from the firewall.(Wrong) The fire wall looks good but the gloss black on the wheel wells over the schutz looks like trash under the paint and not textured.Should we spray flat black over the gloss or just scrape it all off and start over?

I would take it all off and spray it all seperate. It needs to be all glossy.

Came in to school ,voted and decided to resand the fender
wells back down with 180 and repaint.Turned out that was a good Idea. All finished and looks good.
(off the subject) One thing I am realizing is that kids in general are good kids. They just need something they are interested in to keep them busy. And out of trouble.I have not written one discipline referral to the office since school has started.

Thats great. It does look alot better. Sounds like you have a great bunch of kids. At least they are into old muscle cars and not ricers. But to each his own....

Yep we evacuated offshore yesterday. 60 people were left out there. They reported 27 ft seas today. Mostly 18 to 22 ft during the day and calming down now.
